Estimates and Scope

Project scope, pricing, materials, and scheduling are confirmed before work begins. Changes to scope may require an updated estimate.

Scheduling

Service timing may be affected by weather, property access, material availability, and safety conditions. We communicate schedule changes as early as practical.

Payments

Accepted payment methods may include cash, checks, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and major cards. Payment timing is confirmed with each estimate or service agreement.

Property Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the work area and identifying known property concerns such as pets, gates, utilities, or irrigation components.
